At Landmarq Digital, we’re all about telling stories that connect people to local experiences, and recently, we had the opportunity to do just that at one of Portland’s newest foodie destinations—University Station Food Carts! Located in the heart of Downtown Portland at the corner of SW 6th Avenue and SW College St., this food cart pod is packed with global flavors, with something to satisfy every craving.

From Mediterranean dining to mouthwatering tacos, sandwiches, and more, University Station offers a vibrant mix of cuisines that reflect Portland’s diverse and eclectic food scene. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite on your lunch break or meeting up with friends for dinner and drinks, you’ll find plenty of delicious options to choose from.

From behind the lens, we worked to highlight a variety of dishes being served up from the different carts, the beer garden where locals gather to enjoy a pint of local brew in a laid-back setting, and the interaction between people enjoying their meals. It’s a great spot where Portlanders can discover their new favorite dish in a welcoming, open-air environment.
